Differentiating E-bikes from regular bicycles

At first glance, they may look and seem to function alike. You are seated on the saddle, hands on the handlebars, and pedal to set off. Who Can ride an E-bike?

Everybody, basically! No matter whether you’re a beginner or a pro, as these bikes can be adjusted to your physical fitness. Sportsmen can reduce or even switch off the motor completely for a challenge and pedal hard. Is a Driver’s License required for E-bikes in Gran Canaria?

No, generally these bikes reach a maximum speed of 25 km/h, so no license is required to ride them. Yet, the operators may impose some requirements with regards to the age and size of the participants for their tours. Consequently, you should always check these, particularly when booking with children.
