I booked a Segway tour for my partners birthday via the website. It was so easy and I received an email to confirm within 12 hours. On the day our tour guide was so friendly and spoke excellent English. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful, they packed us a bottle of water each and a raincoat. We had over our hour and a half due to crossing over some roads in rush hour and slight rain. We stopped at various points and the tour guide was full of knowledge about the local area. When we returned back to the Segway office, our tour guide and the other staff member gave my partner a pretty fridge magnet for his birthday.

If you haven’t tried Segway before these guys will take good care of you! Made us feel secure and took good care of us. We did the 60 min ride and there’s nice places to see along the route. Recommended!
